  36. Here's what I do, going either way.

  38. Run cross dos and save files to PC formated disk.
  39. Remove disk.
  40. Insert in mac.
  41. Open window of disk move files to mac disk.
  42. (of course you have to have a: "read/write PC disk" function running in the 
  43. Mac too. FSK? It's = to cross dos on the Amiga.)

  45. Reverse process for going other way.
  46.  
  47. Files often have to be converted to work before and/or after import.
